Website privacy policy

Summary

This website is a set of static files. It has no backend, no database, no user accounts and no login. It sets no cookies, it loads no analytics or advertising scripts, and it makes no requests to third-party services in order to render a page.

The only personal data involved is what your browser unavoidably sends to the hosting provider when you request a page, and whatever you choose to put in an email if you contact us.

What we collect

We do not collect personal information through this website. Specifically:

• There is no contact form, so nothing you type is transmitted to or stored by us.
• There is no newsletter, waitlist or account system.
• There are no advertising pixels, session-recording tools or fingerprinting scripts.
• There is no third-party font, map, video or chat widget loaded on any page.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use that only to answer you, and we do not add it to a mailing list.

Cookies & tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB to track you. The only browser storage the site uses is your browser’s normal rendering of CSS and images.

Because no cookies are set, there is no cookie banner to accept or reject, and no consent management platform to configure.

Hosting & server logs

Like every website, this one is delivered by a hosting provider. When your browser requests a page, the provider’s servers necessarily process technical data such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser’s user-agent string. Providers keep this in server logs for security, abuse prevention and operational purposes.

That processing is carried out by the hosting provider under its own privacy policy and its own retention schedule, not by Samarpak Labs. The current provider and its log retention period are recorded in CONFIGURATION.md and should be updated whenever the hosting platform changes.

Third-party resources

Every stylesheet, script, image and icon used by this website is served from the same origin as the page you are reading. No content delivery network, font service or external API is contacted while the page renders.

Links to external sites — for example an app store listing — are ordinary links. Following one leaves this website, and the destination’s own privacy policy applies from that point.

External links

External links open with rel="noopener noreferrer" so that the destination page cannot manipulate this one through the browser window that referred to it. Links that open in a new tab are marked accordingly in the markup.

Product privacy

This policy applies to the website only. Each Samarpak Labs product has its own privacy behaviour, described on its product page and, once released, in its store listing and in-app privacy policy.

Where a product feature can be built without collecting data — on-device processing, local storage, no account — that is the design we aim for. Final permission requirements and data handling are confirmed and published before any product is described as released.

Your choices

• You can browse this entire website without providing any personal information.
• You can block JavaScript and the site remains fully readable and navigable.
• You can contact us by email, or not contact us at all.
• If you have emailed us and want your message deleted, ask and we will delete it.

Children

This website is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them. Product age ratings, where they apply, are published on the relevant store listing.

Changes to this policy

If the website’s behaviour changes — for example if analytics, a contact form service or a third-party resource is ever added — this policy is updated first, and the change is dated below. We do not add tracking silently.
